I’m a freelance writer specialising in food, hospitality, and culture writing.

I started my career as a Public Relations Manager for some of Singapore and Asia’s most prominent food and hospitality brands.

I wrote for restaurants, hotels, chefs, and food brands, penning brand experience guides, event copy, newsletters, web copy, social media captions, press releases, and other types of written content.

Then, somewhere along the way, I pivoted to working with technology companies in advertising, telecommunications, and even AI safety.

While I enjoyed deep diving into these industries, I realised my interest lies in hospitality and food — writing about these subjects comes more naturally to me, and I just have so much fun doing it!

My experience in the tech and B2B realms was formative and helped me to sharpen my skills in content writing and marketing. During that time, I produced founder bios, SEO driven and thought leadership content, video scripts, and more. If it’s to do with words, I’m there with my notebook and pen.

When I’m not writing, you can find me in a kitchen teaching a cooking class, baking, or cooking for family and friends.
